Pivot is arranged like an art gallery. Each item is carefully curated, blending trend and timeless pieces like Italian leather pointed toe stiletto and a STUNNING arrangement of metallic silk socks that my friend and I raved on about. We each took a pair. Their jewelry line consists of chains, earrings, rings and bracelets. The women who own this boutique are passionate and knowledgeable about the products and their source and it was great to learn I can shop online. 10/10 Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow - what an absolutely gorgeous shopping experience. Beautifully curated pieces, exceptional quality. I rarely enter a boutique and want *every single item* in there. The shoe selection is particularly superb. I walked away with a pair of perfect white Italian leather ballet flats. I will be back next time I’m in Columbus. What a shame a shop of this caliber doesn’t exist in LA.

Beautifully curated boutique- an absolute must when in Short North! The owner, Nicci, is an absolute gem! After 8 months of striking out on the perfect wedding shoe, she took time to carefully hear out my vision and source the most beautiful designer pumps exactly how I had imagined. Highly recommend!

This place has style. All of their pieces are unique but highly wearable. The owner is lovely and gave us great styling tips. This boutique will be at the top of my list the next time I’m in Columbus.

Such a quaint store, full of great gift ideas! I was shopping for non-basic gifts for my sisters, and found this small business with perfect gift options (especially knowing I'm sending stuff in the mail). The Harlem Candles are a perfect, higher end candle line that smell beautiful. "Beauty as a smell?" you might ask? Yes. Go sniff for yourself. I also got a gift box (puzzle, cook book, cashmere socks, and a candle) which is a "one-stop-purchase" - much-needed this time of year. Looking for quality(!) gifts in a pinch? Pivot provides. Easy - you won't be disappointed. Such a wonderful shopping experience - kind, thoughtful insights from the owner (!) and staff. I plan to go back for a leather purse (or send boyfriend to go 😏) and a very cute gold-filled necklace (they also had adorable, matching charms!). The earrings were also super tempting - a perfect gift for oneself 😉✨
